The end of my first week. This week did NOT really go very well. I gained weight. Not what I was hoping would happen, but not really unexpected as I ate crappy this past week. Lots of bad choices, very few good choices...
Weigh in results:
Last week: 80.2kgs (176.5lbs)
This week: 80.7kgs (177.5lbs)
Loss: not a loss +0.5kgs (+1lbs)
Not a good start but today is a new day. This week will be very busy (meeting several evenings, cleaning/packing up the house, etc.) but I will still make time for exercise and to cook good food. Next week will be better! I just have to make the best choice every time.

goals
I am definitely an A type personality... I like lists and I like goals. On a Monday I always like to do goals for the week, and I'm sharing my monthly and long term goals as well. So here are my goals...
Long Term:

- Weigh 63 kgs
- Be fit and toned
- Have a flat and toned stomach/ab area
- Cook healthy meals everyday
- Loose at least 3 kgs
- Exercise 3 times per week
- Meal plan every week
- Buy something pretty for myself
- Loose at least 1 kg

- Go to bed earlier

well hello there
Hello out there and welcome! I have created this blog to hold me accountable to my weight loss goals. I have tried so many times in my life to lose weight and have been successful a few, only to have gained it all back and more. This time I want to do it differently, change my life, change my habits, get healthy and keep the weight off for good. I plan to eat more green veggies and salads, keep my portions in check, drastically cut down on my sugar consumption but mainly make good choices at every opportunity. I have a major problem with hidden eating/overeating when I am alone. Hopefully keeping a record will help me to work through all these things.
