week 1: weigh in

The end of my first week.  This week did NOT really go very well.  I gained weight.  Not what I was hoping would happen, but not really unexpected as I ate crappy this past week.  Lots of bad choices, very few good choices...


Weigh in results:
Last week: 80.2kgs (176.5lbs)
This week: 80.7kgs (177.5lbs)
Loss: not a loss +0.5kgs (+1lbs)

Not a good start but today is a new day.  This week will be very busy (meeting several evenings, cleaning/packing up the house, etc.) but I will still make time for exercise and to cook good food.  Next week will be better! I just have to make the best choice every time.
