goals

I am definitely an A type personality... I like lists  and I like goals.  On a Monday I always like to do goals for the week, and I'm sharing my monthly and long term goals as well.  So here are my goals... 

Long Term:
  • Weigh 63 kgs
  • Be fit and toned
  • Have a flat and toned stomach/ab area
  • Cook healthy meals everyday
May Goals:
  • Loose at least 3 kgs
  • Exercise 3 times per week
  • Meal plan every week
  • Buy something pretty for myself
Week 2 goals:
  • Loose at least 1 kg
  • Exercise
  • Go to bed earlier
This is a very random post, but I needed to get it out there.
