I am definitely an A type personality... I like lists and I like goals. On a Monday I always like to do goals for the week, and I'm sharing my monthly and long term goals as well. So here are my goals...
Long Term:
- Weigh 63 kgs
- Be fit and toned
- Have a flat and toned stomach/ab area
- Cook healthy meals everyday
May Goals:
- Loose at least 3 kgs
- Exercise 3 times per week
- Meal plan every week
- Buy something pretty for myself
Week 2 goals:
- Loose at least 1 kg
- Exercise
- Go to bed earlier
This is a very random post, but I needed to get it out there.
